What's new in Version 0.2.0:
- Gameplay Changes
- Bomb System Overhaul
- Completely reworked bomb mechanics for better strategic gameplay
- Added visual bomb targeting indicators - see exactly where your bombs will land
- Bombs now properly queue and won't interrupt mining animations
- Drone Improvements
- Smarter drone targeting system - drones now coordinate to avoid overcrowding single rocks
- Drones prioritize closer targets when multiple options are available
- Drones now feel more powerful and useful in the early game
- Rock Spawning System
- New random spawning system for more variety in rock spawning. All unlocked rock layers, except the highest, can now be spawned. If a rock is spawned at a higher layer, it awards all lower layer resources when destroyed
- Higher tier rocks now spawn based on their Deeper Veins progression
- Bomb System Overhaul
- Major Balance Changes
- Many upgrades now have much more obvious impacts in the early game
- Adjusted cost scaling for many upgrades
- Some redundant upgrades removed
- Quality of Life
- Added scrollbars to all scrollable views in the command console
- Added a changelog popup to see version changes (you are reading it now!)
- Bug Fixes
- Resolved animation interruptions when using bombs
- Fixed drone targeting logic that could cause drones to idle
- Corrected rock hardness not updating on existing rocks after upgrades
